UV peelable adhesive is a UV-curable coating designed to provide reliable temporary protection during processing, assembly, and transportation. After UV curing, the adhesive forms a flexible protective film that can be easily peeled off by hand or with simple tools, leaving no residue and causing no damage to the substrate.
This material is widely used on sensitive surfaces such as transparent conductive glass, ITO-coated films, PET films, and other functional substrates. It effectively provides electrical insulation, moisture resistance, contamination prevention, and scratch protection throughout manufacturing processes.

The adhesive is typically applied via screen printing onto PET films, ITO films, or ITO glass. Once exposed to UV light, it cures rapidly into a uniform protective layer. When protection is no longer required, the film can be removed quickly and cleanly, without solvents or complex procedures.
Thanks to its excellent flexibility, the cured film peels smoothly without tearing, cracking, or leaving residue. It contains no corrosive components and is fully compatible with delicate surfaces.
Excellent peelability: Peels off easily in one piece without breaking or leaving residues
Substrate-safe: No impact on underlying materials, no corrosion
Low shrinkage: No solvent evaporation, nearly 100% solid content
Eco-friendly & safe: Solvent-free formulation
Fast UV curing: Cures within 1–5 seconds under UV or LED light
Strong resistance: Acid-resistant, alkali-resistant, waterproof, and weather-resistant
Stable performance: Maintains protection under various processing conditions
1. Electronics Manufacturing
Used for temporary protection of PCBs and electronic components during processing, soldering, and assembly in smartphones, computers, tablets, and other electronic devices.
2. Metal Products
Ideal for temporary masking and protection of metal screw holes and surfaces prior to anodizing, electroplating, or other surface treatments.
3. Optical Glass & Lenses
Provides reliable protection for optical lenses and glass components during cutting, polishing, and coating processes.
4. Optical Communication Silicon Wafers
Applied as a protective layer during silicon wafer processing, preventing contamination and surface damage.
5. Printing & Labeling
Used in special printing processes to protect printed areas, labels, and graphic products that require clean removal after production.
6. Peelable Base Coat for Gel Nail Systems
In nail applications, UV peelable adhesive can function as a peel-off base coat, replacing traditional base gels and bonding liquids. After curing under LED light, it offers excellent compatibility with color gels and top coats. When removal or color change is needed, the gel can be peeled off directly—no acetone, no filing, and no damage to the natural nail—greatly simplifying the removal process and improving user comfort.
With fast curing, clean peelability, and broad material compatibility, UV peelable adhesive is an efficient and cost-effective solution for industries that require temporary protection without compromise. It improves production efficiency, reduces cleanup time, and helps maintain the integrity of high-value surfaces.
