Description

L-8210 is an aliphatic 3-functional polyurethane with special molecular structure, which makes it have a unique elongation, good adhesion to the substrate, a strong sense of smooth elasticity, good dryness, scratch resistance, wear resistance and other characteristics. Good adhesion to PET, recommended for use in soft touch UV coating, PET soft touch ink, can also be used for stripping varnish/ink.

Performance

Excellent fine slipness and scratch resistance.

Wetting property of matte powder, easy extinction.

Good yellow resistance, no odor residue after curing.

Good aging resistance, no back sticking.

Application testing

Good dryness, with excellent scratch resistance, wear resistancem, the coating film has very fine and smooth soft touch.

Good adhesion to the substrate, good adhesion to ABS, PC, PET etc.

Tips

Smooth soft touch feeling, good flexibility, easy extinction, reaction speed is relatively slow, and has very good scratch resistance when applied with easy matting high functional group resins.
