At present, there are 6 kinds of uv printer coatings common on the market:

1, UV printer glass coating:

It is suitable for plexiglass, tempered glass, glazed ceramic tile, crystal and other glass materials that need special treatment. There are two kinds of quick drying coating and baking. The former can print patterns after wiping and standing for 10 minutes, and the latter needs to be baked in the oven before printing patterns.

2, UV printer PC coating

Some PC materials are hard materials, usually poor adhesion! Some PC materials print directly without coating! Generally imported PVC acrylic plate needs to wipe the PC coating.

3, UV printer metal coating

Metal coating: suitable for aluminum, copper plate, tinplate, aluminum alloy and other materials, transparent and white two kinds, need to be used in the finished product, can not be used before stamping, injection molding, otherwise the effect will be greatly reduced.

4, UV printer leather coating

Apply to leather, leather, PVC leather, PU leather, etc. spray on the surface of leather material, wait for natural drying.

5, UV printer ABS coating

It is suitable for the surface of wood, PVC, ABS, gypsum, thickened kraft paper, acrylic, PS PVC and other materials. After wiping the coating, it can be printed by drying naturally.

6, UV printer silicone coating

Suitable for silicone, rubber material. Surface activity is poor, to flame treatment, otherwise the adhesion is not enough, flame treatment with experience, the surface can not be sprayed too thick, otherwise it is not easy to dry.
