Lencolo 5032  is a photoinitiator for special thin coating UV system, which has strong absorption for specific wave (265nm-395nm). Applied to various UV coatings and UV adhesives for UV curing.

Recommended Usage

Not recommended for use alone; can be used in combination with other photoinitiators to adjust the balance between surface and depth curing

Recommended addition level: 1~3%

Users are advised to determine the optimal addition level through preliminary testing

Storage Conditions

To prevent premature polymerization due to the high reactivity of this product, keep it tightly sealed and store away from heat sources and direct sunlight. It is recommended to maintain storage temperature below 30 °C. Unused product should be promptly resealed and must not be left open. Under ventilated conditions at 25 °C, the product has a safe storage period of 6 months. Available packaging: 20 kg per bag

Tips: Lencolo 5032 is highly suitable for thin coating UV (3-8um), ensuring more complete curing and improved abrasion resistance.
