Lencolo 5030 is a special photoinitiator of LED UV system, which has strong absorption at a specific wavelength (365nm-395nm). Various UV coatings and UV adhesives cured by special LED lamps.

Usage method
It can be used alone or in combination with other photoinitiators, which can adjust the balance between surface curing and deep curing.
Addition: 0.5-1.5%
Users are advised to determine the optimum dosage by experiment before use.
Storage, shelf time and Packing
To prevent the product from polymerization and gelling, please keep it sealed and away from heat and light. Recommended storage temperature is not higher than 30°C. Unused products must be sealed and stored in a timely manner and cannot be stored in the open. Safe storage time is 6 months at room temperature( 25ºC) and under ventilation. 25KG/barrel
Tips:Lencolo 5030 has a good deep curing effect, especially UV black ink and thick UV adhesive, which can cure more completely. Pay attention to storage away from light, it will become gelled when exposed to light.
