Lencolo 5024 is a photoinitiator of yellowing-resistant UV system, which has strong absorption at a specific wavelength (250 nm-340 nm). It can improve the compactness of paint film, increase the adhesion to primer, and obviously improve the water resistance, acid and alkali resistance, good yellowing resistance and aging resistance. Performance
Photoinitiator ideally suited for various UV systems
Significantly improve the yellowing and aging resistance of various UV resins
Reduce the yellowing of UV paint just after passing through the UV machine, allowing the primer color to be better displayed and better aligned.
It has fast light curing speed and improves the stain resistance of the system.

Application
This product is mostly used in white UV ink, transparent UV varnish, yellowing-resistant UV varnish, weather-resistant UV varnish, and UV adhesive systems.
Usage method
Used alone or in combination with other photoinitiators, the balance between surface curing and deep curing of the product can be adjusted.
Adding amount: 0.5～5%
Users are advised to determine the optimum dosage by experiment before use.
Storage, shelf time and Packing
To prevent the product from polymerization and gelling, please keep it sealed and away from heat and light. Recommended storage temperature is not higher than 30°C. Unused products must be sealed and stored in a timely manner and cannot be stored in the open. Safe storage time is 6 months at room temperature( 25ºC) and under ventilation. 25KG/barrel
