Lencolo 5007D because of its wide absorption range, the effective absorption peak of liquid TPO is 240 ~ 400 nm, and the absorption peak is about 420nm all the time. Its absorption peak is longer than that of conventional initiators. After being illuminated, it can generate two free radicals, benzoyl and phosphoryl, which can initiate photopolymerization. Therefore, the curing speed is fast, and it also has photobleaching effect, which is suitable for deep curing of thick films and yellowing resistance of coatings. It has low volatilization and is suitable for water-based.

Performance
Liquid TPO has good compatibility with various monomers and UV resins, and is very convenient to use. It is very suitable for all kinds of 100% solid UV systems, all kinds of UV ink systems, and all kinds of UV systems that are inconvenient to filter with high mesh filter after photoinitiated addition.
Compared with traditional TPO, most of the performance is similar. The curing speed is slightly slower, but it has lower yellowing.Can be used in aqueous UV system.

Storage, shelf time and Packing
To prevent the product from polymerization and gelling, please keep it sealed and away from heat and light. Recommended storage temperature is not higher than 30°C. Unused products must be sealed and stored in a timely manner and cannot be stored in the open. Safe storage time is 6 months at room temperature( 25ºC) and under ventilation. 25KG/barrel
