Description

L-8406  is a specially modified polyurethane-acrylate UV resin with excellent adhesion to substrates such as PP, PVC, PET, PMMA, PBT, and glass. It provides strong bonding between various materials, including transparent substrates like PMMA, PVC, PP, and glass. Cured at 80 mJ/cm² using a UV lamp or 395 nm LED for 3–5 seconds, the adhesive demonstrates outstanding substrate failure strength and excellent adhesion. With its broad applicability, it is recommended for use in UV laminating adhesives and UV bonding adhesives.

Storage Conditions

To prevent premature polymerization due to the high reactivity of this product, keep it tightly sealed and store away from heat sources and direct sunlight. It is recommended to maintain storage temperature below 30 °C. Unused product should be promptly resealed and must not be left open. Under ventilated conditions at 25 °C, the product has a safe storage period of 6 months. Available packaging: 20 kg / 200 kg per drum
