Description

L-8320 is a specially modified aliphatic polyurethane resin. Its unique molecular structure makes it have excellent scratch resistance, good adhesion to the substrate, good dryness, scratch resistance, wear resistance and delicate soft touch skin feel etc.

Performance

It has good wettability to matte powder. It can be extinguished by matte powder, matteness below 3, good scratch resistance and no marks left,

Good RCA resistance, over 500 times

Compared with traditional two-component rubber paint, it has good afterwards-non-sticky property, high production efficiency, energy saving, environmental protection and less solvent emission.

Application

Soft touch UV, matte anti-scratch UV. Widely used in keyboards, mice, PVC flooring, paper soft touch coating, PET soft touch ink, plastic soft touch UV, anti-scratch wear resistant UV coating etc.

Storage, shelf time and Packing

To prevent the product from polymerization and gelling, please keep it sealed and away from heat and light. Safe storage time is 6 months at room temperature( 25ºC) and under ventilation.

This product will be packed into 20KG/25KG/200KG/barrel

Tips: L-8320 has good workability, matteness below 3 degree, good scratch resistance, leaves no marks, its soft touch skin feel is slightly less.
