Description

SQ-720777 is a special high-molecular polymer-based surface treatment agent for PP substrates, widely used in coatings, ink printing, and other applications. It provides excellent adhesion on difficult-to-bond PP materials and superior interlayer adhesion.

Construction process

1. Clean the substrate surface thoroughly using white spirit or alcohol.

2. Apply the primer in a crosswise spray pattern (film thickness: 3–5 μm).

3. Bake in an oven at approximately 65°C for 3–5 minutes.

4. Apply the topcoat and bake until fully dry.

5. Proceed to the next process step.

Precautions

1. Ensure proper baking and curing conditions for the treatment agent; insufficient curing may affect coating performance.

2. Do not return leftover primer to the original container. Store in a sealed, light-proof container at room temperature.

Storage

To prevent the product from polymerization and gelling, please keep it sealed and away from heat and light. Recommended storage temperature is not higher than 30°C. Unused products must be sealed and stored in a timely manner and cannot be stored in the open. Safe storage time is 6 months at room temperature( 25ºC) and under ventilation. 25KG/200KG/barrel

Tips: SQ-720777 offers excellent adhesion on PP substrates. However, as PP substrates may vary depending on the manufacturer, it is recommended to conduct tests on the specific substrate in use.
