Description

Lencolo 8470 Powdered Texturing Agent, also known as abrasive powder, imparts texture to paint surfaces. The nature and effect of the texture depend on the film thickness and the addition ratio of the texturing agent, good transparency, good particle size distribution and scratch resistance. Very easy to disperse and has good compatibility with solvents and varnishes.

Technical data

It has good slipperiness and scratch resistance, provides special texture feel and visual effects, and can be used as a functional additive to reduce the friction coefficient, provide different sand texture effects, and at the same time improve excellent scratch-resistant and anti-wear surface properties;

Sand flour can give the coating surface excellent hardness, smoothness and scratch resistance;

Good fineness and narrow particle size distribution range;

It has stable chemical properties and is resistant to UV, light, heat, acid and alkali. After surface treatment, it is easy to disperse and has excellent solvent resistance.

Applications

Wood paint, UV paint, UV ink, plastic paint, industrial paint, powder coating, ink, imitation leather paint, crepe paint and other additives that produce special coating sand surface effects.

Usage

It only needs to be dispersed at medium speed for 10-15 minutes before use. It cannot be ground or passed through a three-roller.

Recommended addition amount: Total formula weight ratio: 3~8%

It is recommended to test before use to determine the best usage and dosage.

Storage

To prevent the product from polymerization and gelling, please keep it sealed and away from heat and light. Recommended storage temperature is not higher than 30°C. Unused products must be sealed and stored in a timely manner and cannot be stored in the open. Safe storage time is 6 months at room temperature( 25ºC) and under ventilation. 20KG/bag
