Product Features

Reduces the electrical resistance of coating systems and enhances their conductivity. Suitable for electrostatic spraying and can also be used to treat insulating coatings to impart antistatic properties.

Exhibits excellent compatibility without affecting adhesion, yellowing resistance, or viscosity stability.

Low addition level and transparent/colorless, does not affect the appearance of the coating.

Applications

Electrostatic coatings, alkyd/amino resins, acrylic/amino resins.

Recommended Usage

Addition rate: 0.2–1.0% of total formulation.

Can be added at any stage; stir thoroughly.

Prior to use, perform a small-scale trial to determine the optimal addition level and compatibility.

Storage Conditions

To prevent premature polymerization due to the high reactivity of this product, keep it tightly sealed and store away from heat sources and direct sunlight. It is recommended to maintain storage temperature below 30 °C. Unused product should be promptly resealed and must not be left open. Under ventilated conditions at 25 °C, the product has a safe storage period of 6 months. Available packaging: 25 kg / 160 kg per drum
