Description

Lencolo 2193 is an acrylic non-silicon defoaming agent, suitable for improving the fluidity of solvent-based and non-solvent-based coatings and having the strongest foam suppression, defoaming and foam breaking effects. Especially suitable for highly viscous coating systems. At the same time, it has good compatibility, is not prone to shrinkage holes in the system, and is safe to use.

Performance

1. It can maintain strong defoaming while improving the fluidity of the paint and increasing the flatness of the paint film;

2. It can solve the problem of difficult defoaming in high viscosity systems, inhibit the introduction of bubbles during stirring, and help tiny bubbles be released from the paint;

3. It is suitable for thick coating environments, solving the problems of easy blistering and heat rash in thick coating, and obtains a smooth coating surface with extremely excellent compatibility.

4. Suitable for defoaming of primers containing zinc stearate system;

5. Does not affect recoatability and is suitable for defoaming of base, middle and topcoats of PU coatings.

Applications

Two-component PU, amino baking paint, nitro dip coating, acid-cured amino, epoxy and other solvents, solvent-free systems, etc.

Usage

Addition amount: 0.1~1.0% of the total amount

Users are advised to conduct experiments to determine the optimal dosage before use.

Storage

To prevent the product from polymerization and gelling, please keep it sealed and away from heat and light. Recommended storage temperature is not higher than 30°C. Unused products must be sealed and stored in a timely manner and cannot be stored in the open. Safe storage time is 6 months at room temperature( 25ºC) and under ventilation. 25KG/barrel

Tips: Lencolo 2193 has stronger defoaming ability than 2192, but slightly worse compatibility.
