Description

Lencolo 2106 is a foam-breaking polysiloxane solution with strong defoaming and anti-foaming capabilities.

Strong defoaming ability and anti-foaming ability, can provide efficient defoaming ability.

Applications

Chlorinated rubber coatings, polyurethane coatings, epoxy coatings, alkyd/melamine coatings, self-crosslinking acrylic resin coatings and other systems.

Usage

It should be added before grinding. If added at a later stage, sufficient shearing force is required to disperse evenly.

Adding amount: 0.1～0.7% of total amount

It is recommended that users conduct experiments to determine the optimal addition amount before use.

Storage

To prevent the product from polymerization and gelling, please keep it sealed and away from heat and light. Recommended storage temperature is not higher than 30°C. Unused products must be sealed and stored in a timely manner and cannot be stored in the open. Safe storage time is 6 months at room temperature( 25ºC) and under ventilation. 20KG/barrel

Tips: Lencolo 2106 has good compatibility and is very suitable for defoaming of various adhesives and PU wood varnish systems.
