Description

Lencolo 2012W is composite aqueous emulsion based on a mineral oil based, polyether and nonionic surfactant. The the agent has a strong defoaming and antifoaming effect. It is a highly cost-effective product with excellent compatibility, can quickly and efficiently defoam and suppress foam, especially efficient for microfoam. Widely used in the defoaming of water-based latex paint and oil-based baking paint.

Usage

Addition amount: 0.1～0.4% of the total amount of water-based coatings (dyes, wood varnishes, coatings)

Construction products (cement concrete, polymer reinforced concrete): 0.1～0.5%

Adhesive (water-based/PVA adhesive) : 0.1～0.5%

Sewage treatment (starch and protein sewage treatment) : 100 - 200ppm

Water treatment: boiler water, cooling water : 50 - 500 ppm

Desalination process: 5 - 50 ppm

Ethylene Glycol Scrubber Waste: 500 - 2000 ppm

1, Add 40% of the mass in the grinding stage, and add the remaining 60% in the let-down stage (before adding emulsion).

2, Stir or shake well before use. (stratification that occurs during storage does not affect efficiency)

It is recommended that users determine the optimal dosage through experiments before use

Storage

To prevent the product from polymerization and gelling, please keep it sealed and away from heat and light. Recommended storage temperature is not higher than 30°C. Unused products must be sealed and stored in a timely manner and cannot be stored in the open. Safe storage time is 6 months at room temperature( 25ºC) and under ventilation. 25KG/barrel
