Description

Lencolo 1116 is a kind of  high molecular copolymer with affinity group of acidic pigment. It can control the flocculation of pigments, form a bridge between individual pigment particle and develop into a three-dimensional structure. Controlled flocculation between pigments prevents the pigments’ flooding, floating, sedimentation and sagging phenomenon.

Performance

It is more effective against flooding and floating, improving surface smoothness, leveling and directional arrangement to aluminium silver paste. In heavy powder ratio system including epoxy floor paint system, it has very good viscosity reduction effect, and obvious anti-sedimentation effect. It is an ideal dispersing wetting agent for titanium dioxide, aluminium silver paste and pearl powder.

Applications

Industrial coatings, automotive coatings, anti-corrosion coatings and coil coatings, especially suitable for dispersing wetting agent of titanium dioxide and aluminum silver paste.

Usage

Addition amount:

Titanium dioxide 1-2.5% Aluminum silver paste 0.3-1%

Inorganic pigment 3-6%

Users are advised to conduct experiments to determine the optimal dosage before use.

Storage

To prevent the product from polymerization and gelling, please keep it sealed and away from heat and light. Recommended storage temperature is not higher than 30°C. Unused products must be sealed and stored in a timely manner and cannot be stored in the open. Safe storage time is 6 months at room temperature( 25ºC) and under ventilation. 25KG/barrel

Tips: Lencolo 1116 has 100% solid content, universal dispersant suitable for inorganic filler and titanium dioxide. It has good viscosity reduction effect, good dispersion wettability and wide application range.
