Description

L-6460 is a specially modified highly reactive 4-functional urethane acrylate resin. The product has low shrinkage, excellent adhesion, resistance to hand perspiration and cosmetics, and solvent thinning resistance. It provides excellent adhesion to various plastic substrates, including PC, ABS, PMMA, and TAC, and can achieve good adhesion even when used alone. The resin also exhibits good adhesion to paper, wood, metals, and other substrates. L-6460 is suitable as a base resin for high-abrasion UV topcoats with vibration resistance for 2 hours, as well as for vacuum-metallized UV coatings.

Storage Conditions

To prevent premature polymerization due to the high reactivity of this product, keep it tightly sealed and store away from heat sources and direct sunlight. It is recommended to maintain storage temperature below 30 °C. Unused product should be promptly resealed and must not be left open. Under ventilated conditions at 25 °C, the product has a safe storage period of 6 months. Available packaging: 20 kg / 25kg / 200 kg per drum.
