Description

L-8461 is a highly reactive trifunctional UV-curable resin engineered for short-wavelength excimer light sources at 172 nm, 222 nm, and 254 nm. It contains a balanced amount of hydroxyl functionality, allowing for further crosslinking with isocyanates to enhance film strength and durability. Under excimer excitation, the resin delivers rapid surface curing and exceptional coating uniformity, forming a delicate, soft-touch matte finish with elastic feel, excellent scratch resistance, and superior anti-yellowing stability.

Construction Process

Storage Conditions

To prevent polymerization or gelation caused by the high reactivity of this product, keep the container tightly sealed and store it away from heat sources and direct sunlight. The recommended storage temperature is below 30 °C. Reseal the container promptly after use; do not leave it open to the air. Under normal conditions (25 °C, well-ventilated environment), the product remains stable for up to 6 months.25 KG / 200 KG per drum.

Precautions

1.Ensure that the UV coating absorbs sufficient ultraviolet energy to achieve complete curing; insufficient curing may adversely affect the coating performance.

2.Do not pour any remaining material back into the original container. Keep it tightly sealed, protected from light, and stored at room temperature.
