Lencolo 8767 is a specially modified polysiloxane with terminal hydroxyl groups. It can be used to synthesize resins, as well as in various glues/adhesives, coatings, and inks. It has special wetting and permeability, excellent anti-adhesion, peel-off properties, and provides soft touch and slipperiness.

Performance

Improve the touch feel of the surface and improve the slipperiness of the surface
It has excellent compatibility with PU and UV resin and is not easy to precipitate, so there is little residue on the release paper, which is very effective in maintaining the release paper for repeated use.

Usage
Recommended dosage: 0.5%-3% (of total formulation).
Users are advised to conduct experiments to determine the optimal dosage before use.
Storage
To prevent the product from polymerization and gelling, please keep it sealed and away from heat and light. Recommended storage temperature is not higher than 30°C. Unused products must be sealed and stored in a timely manner and cannot be stored in the open. Safe storage time is 6 months at room temperature( 25ºC) and under ventilation. 25KG/barrel
Tips: Lencolo 8767 is mainly used for release and anti-adhesion of surface coatings of various membrane materials. It provides anti-adhesion and slippery feel in PU system, baking paints and UV systems. It is also very helpful in resisting fingerprints and stains.
