Description

L-61050 with aliphatic long chain alkyl acrylate. It has excellent hydrophobicity, water resistance and lipophilicity, and can be used to synthesize crude oil pour point depressant, viscosity reducer, fabric waterproof and oil-proof agent, leather waterproof agent, oil-absorbing resin, lubricating oil additive, etc. L-61050 has more carbon atoms acrylic monomer, which can cross-link with resin and can be used in many fields such as UV coatings, UV inks, EB electron beams, adhesives, and paper coating resins.

Applications

It is widely used in the photocuring polymerization of various unsaturated systems such as UV coatings, UV 3D printing inks, UV screen printing varnishes, UV adhesives, UV solder mask inks, UV inkjet, UV nail polish, electron beams, etc.

Storage Conditions

To prevent premature polymerization due to the high reactivity of this product, keep it tightly sealed and store away from heat sources and direct sunlight. It is recommended to maintain storage temperature below 30 °C. Unused product should be promptly resealed and must not be left open. Under ventilated conditions at 25 °C, the product has a safe storage period of 6 months. Available packaging: 25 kg / 200 kg per drum

Tips: L-61050 can greatly improve surface hardness and wear resistance if applied in EB curing system.
