Description

Lencolo 8905 is a liquid rheology additive in a solvent-based system for ease of use.It is suitable for solvent-borne coating systems based on polyester, acrylic and alkyd containing hydrophilic silica,Anti-settling and anti-sag for pure UV systems.If it is added later, the base material will have better thixotropy, and the thixotropic resin system can also show better thixotropy.

Performance

It can effectively solve the problem of anti-sedimentation of matt powder and other powders in coatings.

Especially the matt powder anti-settling effect in varnish is very good.

It is more effective when used with hydrophilic silica or organically modified bentonite.

Application

Polyester, acrylic and alkyd solvent-borne coating systems, pure UV systems, etc.

Usage

the addition amount: 10-30%(For hydrophilic silica )

the addition amount: 0.2—0.5%(For the full amount)

Precautions

May separate and become cloudy during storage and transportation, mix well before use. Product efficacy is not affected.

Store in a temperature environment of 0-25℃.

Storage, shelf time and Packing

To prevent the product from polymerization and gelling, please keep it sealed and away from heat and light. Recommended storage temperature is not higher than 30°C. Unused products must be sealed and stored in a timely manner and cannot be stored in the open. Safe storage time is 6 months at room temperature( 25ºC) and under ventilation. 25KG/barrel

Tips:Lencolo 8905 is mainly used in various oil-based systems to prevent settling and hanging of powders, especially suitable for anti-settling of matte powders.
