Description

Lencolo 8768 is a special fluorine-modified polysiloxane with exceptional wetting and levelling penetration and excellent anti-adhesion and peeling properties.

Performance

Excellent anti-adhesive, peel-off properties, soft gloss, dry waxy feeling, non-greasy. Wetting, leveling, and good spreadability. It can enhance the permeability of deep fine-grained release paper and increase the three-dimensional effect of the texture.

It can effectively prevent the occurrence of watermarks, water stripes, water spots, drag lines, oil spots and other ills in the production and PU resin compatibility is excellent, not easy to precipitate, so the residue on the paper is less, and it is very effective in keeping the paper for repeated use.

Application

Solvent-based coatings such as industrial coatings, various inks, and PU coatings. Water-based coatings, UV coatings.

Usage

Recommended dosage: 1%-5% (of total formulation).

Users are advised to conduct experiments to determine the optimal dosage before use.

Storage, shelf time and Packing

To prevent the product from polymerization and gelling, please keep it sealed and away from heat and light. Recommended storage temperature is not higher than 30°C. Unused products must be sealed and stored in a timely manner and cannot be stored in the open. Safe storage time is 6 months at room temperature( 25ºC) and under ventilation. 25KG/barrel

Tips: Lencolo 8768 is mainly used in PU, paint and UV systems to provide anti-adhesion, anti-tape adhesion, good release effect, and is also very helpful in anti-fingerprint and anti-fouling.
