Description

Lencolo 3007B is fluorocarbon modified polymer which is suitable for high-efficiency and general-purpose smoothing and leveling agent in UV system, and has the function of release.

As a release agent, it is compatible with most solvent systems and can be used in solvent and UV curing systems.

Application

Industrial coating, UV coating, UV release coating, soft touch UV coating, functional film material treatment.

Usage

Generally, the adding ration to coating is 2% ~ 5%, which should be added at the last stage of the production process under high shear force.

Users are advised to determine the best addition amount through experiments before use.

Storage, shelf time and Packing

To prevent the product from polymerization and gelling, please keep it sealed and away from heat and light. Recommended storage temperature is not higher than 30°C. Unused products must be sealed and stored in a timely manner and cannot be stored in the open. Safe storage time is 6 months at room temperature( 25ºC) and under ventilation. 25KG/barrel
