Description

Lencolo 4010 is a special polysiloxane polymer, which is an environmentally friendly and energy-saving surface treatment agent. It can be used as UV rework agent, with strong applicability to UV coatings with good adhesion.

Performance

It has excellent adhesion to the UV layer and can be used as UV rework water. It has strong applicability to various UVs and good adhesion.

It can improve the adhesion on difficult-to-adhesive surfaces such as glass, ceramics, stone, acrylic, PP, and aluminum-magnesium alloys.

Suitable for metal processing.

Usage

Use Lencolo 4010: toluene: ethyl ester = 1: 2.5: 2.5 to dilute, (use directly after diluting 1:5)

When used as UV rework agent, after spraying on the UV surface, it can spray UV coating again at 65°C for 5-10 minutes.

Storage, shelf time and Packing

To prevent the product from polymerization and gelling, please keep it sealed and away from heat and light. Recommended storage temperature is not higher than 30°C. Unused products must be sealed and stored in a timely manner and cannot be stored in the open. Safe storage time is 6 months at room temperature( 25ºC) and under ventilation. 25KG/barrel

Tips:Lencolo 4010 has strong applicability to various UV applications, good adhesion during rework, and contains halogen.
