Description

Lencolo 5013  is a dispersion of microparticles of a specially modified high-molecular polymer. It is easy to use and can be readily dispersed and mixed. It provides excellent anti-graffiti performance, scratch and abrasion resistance, a smooth and silky hand feel, and effective matting. In addition, it offers good transparency, allowing the underlying paint color to show through more clearly.

In UV and other coatings, it provides excellent matting properties and significantly improves scratch and wear resistance.

Especially suitable for floor coatings, it delivers a soft matte effect while maintaining transparency, overcoming the haze caused by traditional wax powders. It achieves an optimal balance between matting efficiency and surface feel, providing a smooth, silky-touch finish.

Applications

Suitable for various matte anti-scratch UV coatings, wear-resistant PU coatings, floor UV coatings, and other scratch- and wear-resistant industrial coatings.

Recommended Usage

Store at 0–25 °C, away from direct sunlight and high-temperature environments.

Shake well before use and consume as soon as possible after opening.

Avoid use under extremely high or extremely low temperatures.

For best tactile and slip performance, pre-disperse at high shear for approximately 20 minutes before incorporating into the coating system.

Dosage: 10~50% on total formulation weight.

It is recommended that users determine the optimal dosage through preliminary testing before use.

Storage Conditions

To prevent premature polymerization due to the high reactivity of this product, keep it tightly sealed and store away from heat sources and direct sunlight. It is recommended to maintain storage temperature below 30 °C. Unused product should be promptly resealed and must not be left open. Under ventilated conditions at 25 °C, the product has a safe storage period of 6 months. Available packaging: 25 kg per drum

Tips: Lencolo 5013 has 100% solid content, good versatility, abrasion resistance and scratch resistance,with a particle size slightly coarser than Lencolo 5012.
