Description

Lencolo 5012 is a special polymer particle dispersion, which is easy to use and can be used after simple dispersion and mixing. It can provide excellent graffiti resistance, scratch resistance, abrasion resistance, smooth feel and matting efficiency, and has good transparency, which can better reveal the color of the primer.

Performance

In UV coatings, it can have good anti-graffiti and anti-fingerprint effects, and it has very good scratch and wear resistance.

Particularly suitable for use in UV coatings for 3C products, it provides a soft matting effect with transparency, which is a change from the use of wax powders that result in a foggy film with reduced transparency, and it offers an optimum balance between matting efficiency and feel, providing a elastic soft touch.

Application

Wooden floor UV, PVC floor UV, mobile phone UV, surface treatment UV paint, various scratch-resistant matte UV paint, various anti-fouling PU paint, various anti-fouling UV paint, etc.

Usage 

Store at 0～35℃, avoid direct sunlight or high temperature place.

Shake well before use and use up as soon as possible after opening.

Avoid use in high temperature and extremely low temperature environments.

In order to achieve the best feel and smooth effect, it can be dispersed at high speed for 20 minutes before adding to the paint.

Addition amount: 3~20%

It is recommended that the user determine the optimum dosage through experiments before use.

Storage, shelf time and Packing

To prevent the product from polymerization and gelling, please keep it sealed and away from heat and light. Recommended storage temperature is not higher than 30°C. Unused products must be sealed and stored in a timely manner and cannot be stored in the open. Safe storage time is 6 months at room temperature( 25ºC) and under ventilation. 25KG/barrel

Tips: Lencolo 5012 has 100% solid content, special for UV coatings, can improve anti-fouling, abrasion and scratch resistance performance.
