Description

Lencolo 5003B It is a special modified silicone polymer, widely used in various solvent-based. It contains -OH functional group and is particularly suitable for PU and amino-based systems, where it can participate in crosslinking. It enhances anti-blocking properties, especially in elastomeric coatings, providing excellent elastic smoothness, aiding leveling, and also delivering superior scratch and anti-graffiti performance.

Product Features

It imparts an exceptionally fine, smooth touch to elastic coatings and is highly compatible with most resins. In addition to enhancing the tactile feel of elastic coatings, it reduces surface tension, improves substrate wetting, and promotes film flow. Compared with conventional feel agents, it provides superior touch and outstanding scratch resistance.

Applications

Elastomeric coatings, rubber paints, UV coatings, various solvent systems.

Recommended Usage

Dosage: 0.5–2% of the total formulation.

The addition rate varies depending on the system, generally 0.1–1% of the total formulation.

It can be added at any stage of production.

It is recommended that the user determine the optimum dosage through experiments before use.

Storage Conditions

To prevent the product from polymerization and gelling, please keep it sealed and away from heat and light. Recommended storage temperature is not higher than 30°C. Unused products must be sealed and stored in a timely manner and cannot be stored in the open. Safe storage time is 6 months at room temperature( 25ºC) and under ventilation. 25KG/barrel
