Lencolo 5004 is a dispersion of specially modified high molecular polymer, which is easy to use and can be used after simple dispersion and mixing. It can provide excellent soft and delicate feel, scratch resistance and abrasion resistance.

It is especially suitable for elastic paints, providing excellent soft and delicate feel, while enhancing scratch resistance and abrasion resistance of the coating. Also applicable in UV soft-touch coatings, general UV coatings, and wood coatings.

Recommended Usage

Store at 0-25 °C, avoiding direct sunlight and high-temperature locations.

Shake well before use and use promptly after opening.

Avoid use in very high or very low temperature environments.

Dosage: 1–10%, adjusted according to desired surface feel; higher dosage gives a more pronounced tactile effect.

It is recommended to conduct preliminary tests to determine the optimal dosage for your specific application.

Storage Conditions

To prevent premature polymerization due to the high reactivity of this product, keep it tightly sealed and store away from heat sources and direct sunlight. It is recommended to maintain storage temperature below 30 °C. Unused product should be promptly resealed and must not be left open. Under ventilated conditions at 25 °C, the product has a safe storage period of 6 months. Available packaging: 25 kg per drum
