Description

Lencolo 4051 is a phosphate modified grafted polymer, containing highly reactive phosphate carboxyl groups. It has a good adhesion-promoting effect on metals, plastics and other substrates. It has large intermolecular polarity and is suitable for materials with low polarity. The surface adhesion of the substrate is significantly improved and assisted, with excellent compatibility and outstanding adhesion promotion properties. It is widely used in UV light curing, vacuum plating topcoat, plastic varnish, 3C spraying, ink, and lamination. In adhesives and various coatings such as epoxy, polyurethane, acrylic, and nitrocellulose.

Performance

High reactivity and polarity, easy grafting to substrates, strong adhesion

Good flexibility of molecular long chains, high impact resistance, warping and cracking resistance

High functional cross-linking, improved latex stability, wipe resistance, high compatibility and synergistic properties.

Usage

Used in UV curing system to increase the adhesion to the substrate, used in circuit board light-curing resist solder ink, metal ink, metal coating, UV wood coating, etc.

Used as auxiliary resin in plastic vacuum plating top coat and medium paint resin, add 0.5- 3%.

Acrylic emulsion: improve freeze-thaw stability, mechanical stability and wiping resistance of resin. Addition amount 0.5- 1.5 %.

Adhesive: mixed with acrylic acid, epoxy, polyurethane, used for metal, glass, plastic The amount of addition 5 - 7%.

Electronic, cosmetic UV spray varnish, additive 1.0-3.0 %.

Screen printing ink, good toughness and adhesion, additive 1.0 -5.0 %.

Other polymer adhesion and flexibility modifiers, additive amount 3 -10 %

Storage, shelf time and Packing

To prevent the product from polymerization and gelling, please keep it sealed and away from heat and light. Recommended storage temperature is not higher than 30°C. Unused products must be sealed and stored in a timely manner and cannot be stored in the open. Safe storage time is 6 months at room temperature( 25ºC) and under ventilation. 25KG/barrel

Tips: Lencolo 4051 has good adhesion to metals and is particularly suitable for vacuum plating topcoats to improve adhesion to plating layers.
