Description

Lencolo 4030W is a special epoxy-modified polymer that can increase the adhesion of water-based coatings to inorganic substrates (such as glass, ceramics, ore, etc.) and metal substrates. It is also applied to modify various composite materials to improve product performance.

Performance

It can increase the intercoat adhesion of water-based coatings.

With wide compatibility, it can improve the mechanical properties and chemical resistance of the coating at the same time, improve the adhesion of water-based coatings to inorganic substrates (such as glass, ceramics, ores, etc.) and the adhesion of metal substrates

In adhesives, it can improve bending strength, tensile strength, impact strength and elastic coefficient. In various composite materials, it can improve the wetting and dispersibility of pigments and fillers, improve the adhesion of pigments and fillers, and modify products.

Application

Various water-based inks, water-based epoxy, water-based alkyd, water-based polyurethane, water-based acrylic and other coating systems, water-based adhesives.

Usage

It can be used alone as a treatment agent or directly added to the paint.

Adding amount: 1-5% for the full amount

Users are recommended to determine the best addition amount by experiment before use.

Storage, shelf time and Packing

To prevent the product from polymerization and gelling, please keep it sealed and away from heat and light. Recommended storage temperature is not higher than 30°C. Unused products must be sealed and stored in a timely manner and cannot be stored in the open. Safe storage time is 6 months at room temperature( 25ºC) and under ventilation. 25KG/barrel

Tips:Lencolo 4030W is specially used in various water-based paints, it can improve the adhesion, especially the adhesion to metal and inorganic materials.
