Lencolo 4030W is a special epoxy-modified polymer that enhances the adhesion of waterborne coatings to inorganic substrates (such as glass, ceramics, minerals, etc.) as well as to metal substrates. It can also be used to modify various composite materials, improving overall product performance.

Enhances intercoat adhesion of waterborne coatings.

Exhibits broad compatibility, simultaneously improving mechanical properties and chemical resistance of coatings. Improves adhesion of waterborne coatings to inorganic substrates (e.g., glass, ceramics, minerals) and metal substrates.

In adhesives, enhances flexural strength, tensile strength, impact resistance, and elasticity modulus.

In various composite materials, improves wetting and dispersion of pigments and fillers, enhances their adhesion, and modifies overall product performance.

Applications

Applicable to various waterborne systems, including waterborne inks, waterborne epoxy, waterborne alkyd, waterborne polyurethane, waterborne acrylic coatings, and waterborne adhesives.

Recommended Usage

Can be used either as a standalone diluted treatment or added directly into the paint.

Dosage: 1–5% of the total formulation.

Users are advised to determine the optimal dosage through trials prior to use.

Storage Conditions

To prevent premature polymerization due to the high reactivity of this product, keep it tightly sealed and store away from heat sources and direct sunlight. It is recommended to maintain storage temperature below 30 °C. Unused product should be promptly resealed and must not be left open. Under ventilated conditions at 25 °C, the product has a safe storage period of 6 months. Available packaging: 25 kg per drum
