Description

Lencolo 4021 is a special aminosilane polymer that can improve the adhesion of coatings to glass substrates and metal substrates, thereby improving the water resistance and salt spray resistance of the coating film.

Usage

Adding amount: Add 1 - 2% to the solid content of the resin, and then add it later.

If it is an epoxy system, it can be added to the curing agent.

Caveats

The product will react with isocyanate and phenolic ammonia hardeners. Please conduct a small test to confirm system compatibility to avoid gelation.

It needs to be added to the hardener when used in epoxy coating systems. Please conduct a small test to confirm the addition amount and compatibility.

This product contains amine groups, which will darken the color over time but will not affect performance.

Storage, shelf time and Packing

To prevent the product from polymerization and gelling, please keep it sealed and away from heat and light. Recommended storage temperature is not higher than 30°C. Unused products must be sealed and stored in a timely manner and cannot be stored in the open. Safe storage time is 6 months at room temperature( 25ºC) and under ventilation. 25KG/barrel

Tips:Lencolo 4021 has the best adhesion to glass and is added to the hardener.
