Description

Lencolo 4020 is a special aminosilane polymer, It can improve the adhesion of coatings to glass substrates and metal substrates, thereby improving the water resistance and salt spray resistance of the coating film.

Usage

Adding amount: 1%-2% for the addition of resin solids

Users are recommended to determine the best addition amount by experiment before use.

Caveats

1.The product will react with isocyanates and phenolic ammonia hardeners. Please use a small test to confirm system compatibility to avoid gelling.

2.It needs to be added to the hardener in the epoxy coating system, please confirm the addition amount and compatibility with a small amount of test.

3.This product contains amine groups, the color will become darker after a long time, but it will not affect the performance.

Storage, shelf time and Packing

To prevent the product from polymerization and gelling, please keep it sealed and away from heat and light. Recommended storage temperature is not higher than 30°C. Unused products must be sealed and stored in a timely manner and cannot be stored in the open. Safe storage time is 6 months at room temperature( 25ºC) and under ventilation. 25KG/barrel

Tips: Lencolo 4020 has good adhesion to glass and is more stable than Lencolo 4021 when added to the curing agent.
