Description

Lencolo 4003 is a special epoxy-modified polymer that increases the adhesion of coatings to inorganic substrates (such as glass, ceramics, ores, etc.) and metal substrates.

Performance

It is a new type of adhesion agent, which can greatly improve the adhesion of inorganic material surface. It has wide compatibility and can improve both mechanical and chemical resistance of coatings.

Improve the adhesion of epoxy resin and salt spray corrosion resistance.

Improve the adhesion of the coating film to inorganic substrates (such as glass, ceramics, ores, etc.) and metal adhesion to substrates.

Application

For coatings and inks; epoxy, alkyd, polyurethane and acrylic systems, water-based glass baking paint.

Usage

Can be used as a primer alone or added directly to paint.

Adding amount: 1-5% for the full amount

Users are recommended to determine the best addition amount by experiment before use.

Storage, shelf time and Packing

To prevent the product from polymerization and gelling, please keep it sealed and away from heat and light. Recommended storage temperature is not higher than 30°C. Unused products must be sealed and stored in a timely manner and cannot be stored in the open. Safe storage time is 6 months at room temperature( 25ºC) and under ventilation. 25KG/barrel

Tips: Lencolo 4003 is ideal for increasing the adhesion of coatings to glass and hardware, added to the main agent.
