Description

Lencolo 4001 is a carboxyl-functional polar polyester that enhances adhesion on baked coatings, various air-dry solventborne coatings, and plastic electroplated self-drying glass coatings. It can also be used in UV primers to improve intercoat adhesion between UV primers and topcoats, offering good stability.

Recommended Usage

Dosage: 1%-5% based on total formulation weight.

Users are advised to determine the optimal dosage through trials prior to use.

Storage Conditions

To prevent premature polymerization due to the high reactivity of this product, keep it tightly sealed and store away from heat sources and direct sunlight. It is recommended to maintain storage temperature below 30 °C. Unused product should be promptly resealed and must not be left open. Under ventilated conditions at 25 °C, the product has a safe storage period of 6 months. Available packaging: 25 kg per drum

Tips: Lencolo 4001 is especially suitable for single-component silver coatings to prevent silver loss and improve intercoat adhesion.
