Has a very high water drop angle, up to 108°～114°

After adding this additive, it has no effect on steel wool resistance, and is very suitable for high-demand steel wool resistance and UV glossy and UV matte systems that require abrasion resistance

Promote the leveling of the coating film, have a strong anti-fouling effect, make the coating film easy to clean, and can be used as an anti-graffiti additive

Compatible with most solvent systems, used in solvent-based and UV curing systems.

Usage 

Generally, the weight ratio of the coating is 0.1-0.5%, and it should be added at the final stage of the production process under high shearing force.

Users are advised to conduct experiments to determine the optimal dosage before use.

Note: Store away from light, and direct light is strictly prohibited!

Storage, shelf time and Packing

To prevent the product from polymerization and gelling, please keep it sealed and away from heat and light. Recommended storage temperature is not higher than 30°C. Unused products must be sealed and stored in a timely manner and cannot be stored in the open. Safe storage time is 6 months at room temperature( 25ºC) and under ventilation. 25KG/barrel

Tips: Lencolo 3007F has good compatibility with various UV resins, good anti-stain performance in UV system, and has no effect on other properties.
