Description

Lencolo 3007F fluorine-modified acrylic polymer containing double bonds, with good compatibility in UV systems. It is particularly suitable for UV coatings requiring anti-graffiti and anti-fingerprint performance.

Provides a high water contact angle, reaching 108°–114°.

The addition of this additive has no impact on steel wool resistance, making it ideal for high-demand UV gloss and UV matte systems requiring excellent abrasion resistance.

Promotes coating flow and leveling, offers strong anti-fouling performance, and makes the coating easy to clean, also serving as an anti-graffiti additive.

Compatible with most solvent-based systems and suitable for both solvent-based and UV-curable coatings.

Recommended Usage

Generally used at 0.1–0.5% by weight of the coating and should be added at the final stage of production under relatively high shear.

Users are advised to determine the optimal dosage through trials prior to use.

Note: Store away from light, and direct light is strictly prohibited.

Storage Conditions

To prevent premature polymerization due to the high reactivity of this product, keep it tightly sealed and store away from heat sources and direct sunlight. It is recommended to maintain storage temperature below 30 °C. Unused product should be promptly resealed and must not be left open. Under ventilated conditions at 25 °C, the product has a safe storage period of 6 months. Available packaging: 25kg per drum

Tips: Lencolo 3007F is compatible with various UV resins. In UV systems, 3007F can achieve a water contact angle of 108°–114°.
