Description

Lencolo 3245 Silicone surfactant, it strongly reduces the surface tension, resulting in excellent substrate wetting and leveling, good compatibility with various resins, suitable for water-based coatings, printing inks, UV varnishes , has excellent substrate wetting, anti-cratering, unstable foam, does not affect recoating.

Usage

It can be added at any stage in the production process, generally 0.05%-0.3% by weight of the coating.

Users are advised to conduct experiments to determine the optimal dosage before use.

Storage, shelf time and Packing

To prevent the product from polymerization and gelling, please keep it sealed and away from heat and light. Recommended storage temperature is not higher than 30°C. Unused products must be sealed and stored in a timely manner and cannot be stored in the open. Safe storage time is 6 months at room temperature( 25ºC) and under ventilation. 25KG/barrel

Lencolo 3245 is universal in water-based and oil-based systems, does not affect recoatability, and has good wettability.
