Description

Lencolo 3228 is a special fluorine-modified polymer with extremely strong ability to reduce surface tension. It can provide excellent surface tension reduction performance for water and solvent-based systems at extremely low concentrations, so as to enhance wetting, dispersion, leveling and Other surface properties; stable in ordinary, acidic, salty and hard water environments; does not contain any VOC, does not contain APEO, is non-flammable, and can be compatible with any ionic surfactant.

Water-based industrial coatings, printing inks, varnishes, solvent-based coatings, UV coatings, etc.

Usage

It can be added at any stage in the production process, generally 0.1%-0.6% by weight of the coating.

Users are advised to conduct experiments to determine the optimal dosage before use.

Storage, shelf time and Packing

To prevent the product from polymerization and gelling, please keep it sealed and away from heat and light. Recommended storage temperature is not higher than 30°C. Unused products must be sealed and stored in a timely manner and cannot be stored in the open. Safe storage time is 6 months at room temperature( 25ºC) and under ventilation. 25KG/barrel

Tips: Lencolo 3228 is universal in water-based systems and oil-based systems, does not affect recoatability, and has excellent wettability, especially on water-based plastics.
