Description

Lencolo 3184 is a polyether-modified polysiloxane leveling agent, especially suitable for solvent-based systems or two-component systems, providing substrate wetting and degassing activity. Especially suitable for the leveling of epoxy floor coatings.

Performance

It has good compatibility, substrate wettability and leveling in solvent-based system, and can prevent shrinkage and fish-eye formation. Can prevent the formation of shrinkage and fish-eye on most of the base material mixing tolerance is excellent, the varnish does not cloud the color paint does not cause haze. It has very high surface activity and certain defoaming property.

Application

Wood furniture coatings, polyurethane coatings, epoxy coatings and other solvent-borne coatings. It is especially suitable for leveling epoxy floor coatings.

Usage

Addition proportion: 0.1% ~ 0.5% of the total amount

Users are advised to determine the best addition amount through experiments before use.

Storage, shelf time and Packing

To prevent the product from polymerization and gelling, please keep it sealed and away from heat and light. Recommended storage temperature is not higher than 30°C. Unused products must be sealed and stored in a timely manner and cannot be stored in the open. Safe storage time is 6 months at room temperature( 25ºC) and under ventilation. 25KG/barrel

Tips: Lencolo 3184 is a leveling agent with defoaming function, good anti-cratering and good leveling performance.
