Description

Lencolo 3110 is a polyester modified polydimethylsiloxane solution, which can reduce the surface tension of the coating system, improve substrate wetting, prevent shrinkage, improve surface slip ,gloss and improve leveling.

Performance

It is a silicone additive with high heat resistance. There is no thermal decomposition between 150 and 230. When the baking system is recoated, there will be no loss of adhesion and surface defects. It can strongly improve surface slip and substrate wetting. Especially as the preferred leveling agent in baking coatings, it has the function of anti-cratering performance.

Application

Baked paint coatings, coil coatings, especially suitable for baked paint systems.

Usage method

Addition amount: 0.05% ~ 0.3% For the total

Users are advised to conduct experiments to determine the optimal dosage before use.

Storage, shelf time and Packing

To prevent the product from polymerization and gelling, please keep it sealed and away from heat and light. Recommended storage temperature is not higher than 30°C. Unused products must be sealed and stored in a timely manner and cannot be stored in the open. Safe storage time is 6 months at room temperature( 25ºC) and under ventilation. 25KG/barrel
