Description

Lencolo 3108 is a polyacrylate copolymer solution that improves leveling and gloss while preventing the formation of pinholes. It does not affect recoating or intercoat adhesion, slightly reduces surface tension, and exhibits thermal stability.

Suitable for premium color and clear coatings in various industrial coatings, it improves leveling and gloss while preventing pinhole formation. It exhibits excellent compatibility with most binders, does not cause cloudiness in clear coatings, and does not create haze in color coatings. It is especially recommended as the preferred leveling additive for large-area spray applications.

It also performs exceptionally well in automotive repair clearcoats, coil coatings, and UV coatings.

Applications

Automotive refinish varnishes; wood coatings, plastic coatings, coil steel coatings, anti-corrosion coatings and other solvent-based coatings, UV coatings.

Recommended Usage

Dosage: 0.1%~1.0% based on total formulation

Users are advised to determine the optimal dosage through trials prior to use

Storage Conditions

To prevent premature polymerization due to the high reactivity of this product, keep it tightly sealed and store away from heat sources and direct sunlight. It is recommended to maintain storage temperature below 30 °C. Unused product should be promptly resealed and must not be left open. Under ventilated conditions at 25 °C, the product has a safe storage period of 6 months. Available packaging: 25 kg per drum

Tips:Lencolo 3108 provides excellent leveling for large-area topcoats and does not affect recoating when used in primers.
