Description

Lencolo 3106 is a polyether modified polydimethylsiloxane solution, which can reduce the surface tension of the coating system, improve substrate wetting, prevent shrinkage, improve surface smoothness and gloss, and improve leveling.

Performance

A highly effective silicone additive for wetting difficult-to-wet substrates, improving dust and paint mist tolerance and enabling thicker paint films on vertical surfaces. It also reduces the sensitivity of wood and furniture coatings to drafts and improves the orientation of matting agents. Improve surface smoothness and gloss, improve leve.

Application

Solvent-based coatings such as wood coatings and plastic coatings.

Usage

Addition amount: 0.1%~0.5% of the total amount

It is recommended that users determine the optimal dosage through experiments before use.

Storage, shelf time and Packing

To prevent the product from polymerization and gelling, please keep it sealed and away from heat and light. Recommended storage temperature is not higher than 30°C. Unused products must be sealed and stored in a timely manner and cannot be stored in the open. Safe storage time is 6 months at room temperature( 25ºC) and under ventilation. 25KG/barrel

Tips: Lencolo 3106 is a good leveling agent for substrate wetting with low price.
