Description

Lencolo 3100 is a polyether-modified polydimethylsiloxane solution containing acrylate functional groups. The acrylate groups can crosslink with polymers to form a network structure, permanently fixing on the coating surface. It provides excellent surface slip and tape release properties while improving leveling. It is particularly suitable for high-surface-quality 3C high-gloss UV topcoats and enhances boil-proof performance, minimizing the formation of pinholes after boiling.

Applications

Used in UV systems, water-based UV systems, solvent-based polyurethane coatings, water-based polyurethane coatings.

Recommended Usage

Dosage: 0.4–2.0% based on total formulation

Users are recommended to determine the optimal dosage through testing prior to use.

Storage Conditions

To prevent premature polymerization due to the high reactivity of this product, keep it tightly sealed and store away from heat sources and direct sunlight. It is recommended to maintain storage temperature below 30 °C. Unused product should be promptly resealed and must not be left open. Under ventilated conditions at 25 °C, the product has a safe storage period of 6 months. Available packaging: 25 kg per drum
