Lencolo 3100 is a polyether modified polydimethyl silicone solution, because it contains acrylic functional groups, can cross-link with polymers to form a network structure, can be permanently fixed on the surface of the coating film, providing excellent surface slip and adhesion with stripping, and can improve leveling. It is very suitable and for 3C varnish UV with high surface requirements, and it is helpful for boiling, and it is not easy to have small bubbles after boiling.

Performance

Usage method
Addition proportion: 0.4% ~ 2.0% of the total amount

Storage, shelf time and Packing
To prevent the product from polymerization and gelling, please keep it sealed and away from heat and light. Recommended storage temperature is not higher than 30°C. Unused products must be sealed and stored in a timely manner and cannot be stored in the open. Safe storage time is 6 months at room temperature( 25ºC) and under ventilation. 25KG/barrel
