Lencolo 2190 is an organomodified polysiloxane containing fumed silica; is an excellent anti-foaming and defoaming agent for high solids and solvent-free epoxy coatings, UV light-curing coatings, bubbles generated during the manufacture and construction can be well suppressed and eliminated, especially suitable for anti-foaming and defoaming of epoxy floor coatings.

Performance
Mainly inhibit the air bubbles caused by the coating during the manufacturing and construction process
Good inhibitory effect on bubbles for high viscosity, high film thickness, especially solvent-free high film thickness epoxy floor coatings.

Usage method
It is best to add anti-foaming effect before grinding or stirring, and it can also be added afterwards, but it must be stirred mix evenly for better distribution and effect. In colored coatings, it is recommended to grind together. Because of the high activity of Lencolo2190, it can be pre-filled with aromatic solvent diluted to 10% before adding. Because the hydrophobic particles are easy to precipitate, it is recommended to use up immediately after dilution.
Addition amount: 0.1~1.0% of the total amount
Users are advised to conduct experiments to determine the optimal dosage before use.
Storage, shelf time and Packing
To prevent the product from polymerization and gelling, please keep it sealed and away from heat and light. Recommended storage temperature is not higher than 30°C. Unused products must be sealed and stored in a timely manner and cannot be stored in the open. Safe storage time is 6 months at room temperature( 25ºC) and under ventilation. 25KG/barrel
Tips: Lencolo 2190 silica modified, has strong defoaming ability, especially suitable for defoaming of high viscosity, high powder system.
