Lencolo 2024W is a antifoaming agent based on mineral oil based, long chain hydrocarbon and nonionic surfactant. It is widely used to solve the inherent foaming problems in various fields. Its advantage is that it can still maintain

excellent defoaming ability under strong acidic conditions.

Usage

Addition amount: to the total amount of water-based paint (floor paint, water-based marking paint, latex, paint and

Emulsion polymerization, pulping process): 0.1～0.4%

Metal processing (ink, cutting oil formula): 0.5～1.0%

Galvanizing process (ammonium chloride acid galvanizing system): 0.1～0.5%

1, Add 40% of the mass in the grinding stage, and add the remaining 60% in the let-down stage (before adding emulsion).

2, Stir or shake well before use. (stratification that occurs during storage does not affect efficiency)

It is recommended that users determine the optimal dosage through experiments before use.

Storage, shelf time and Packing

To prevent the product from polymerization and gelling, please keep it sealed and away from heat and light. Recommended storage temperature is not higher than 30°C. Unused products must be sealed and stored in a timely manner and cannot be stored in the open. Safe storage time is 6 months at room temperature( 25ºC) and under ventilation. 25KG/barrel
