Lencolo 2024W is a mineral-oil based defoamer formulated with long-chain hydrocarbons and nonionic surfactants. It is broadly applicable for eliminating inherent foaming issues across a wide range of industries. One of its key advantages is its ability to maintain excellent defoaming performance even under strong acidic conditions.

Product Features

Strong defoaming effect in water-based coatings, and the latex paint film will not shrink. When the content is 0.35%, the overall opening effect is the best.

The defoaming effect is particularly effective in the production and application of water-based coatings.

It can still maintain excellent defoaming ability under strong acidic conditions.

Various water-based architectural coatings; water-based anti-corrosion and marine coatings; various water-based industrial coatings; cement concrete; polymer reinforced concrete; etc.

Recommended Usage

Addition amount: to the total amount of water-based paint (floor paint, water-based marking paint, latex, paint and

emulsion polymerization, pulping process): 0.1～0.4%

Metalworking fluids (ink, inks, cutting oil formulations): 0.5～1.0%

Galvanizing process (acidic ammonium chloride galvanizing systems): 0.1～0.5%

1. Add 40% of the mass in the grinding stage, and add the remaining 60% in the let-down stage (before adding emulsion).

2. Stir or shake well before use. (Phase separation during storage does not affect performance.)

It is recommended that users determine the optimal dosage through experiments before use.

Storage Conditions

To prevent premature polymerization due to the high reactivity of this product, keep it tightly sealed and store away from heat sources and direct sunlight. It is recommended to maintain storage temperature below 30 °C. Unused product should be promptly resealed and must not be left open. Under ventilated conditions at 25 °C, the product has a safe storage period of 6 months. Available packaging: 25 kg per drum.
