Description

Lencolo 2108 is an acrylate-modified, non-silicone defoamer designed for solvent-based and solvent-free coatings. It delivers strong anti-foaming, de-foaming and foam-breaking performance, and is particularly effective in high-viscosity systems. It also shows good compatibility, minimizing cratering risks and ensuring safe application performance.It is especially suitable for pure UV systems, including UV coatings, UV screen printing inks, and UV clear varnishes.

Applications

It is particularly suitable for pure UV-curing systems, including coatings, inks and adhesives.

It can also be used in two-component PU systems, amino baking enamels, nitrocellulose dipping lacquers, acid-curing amino systems, and epoxy formulations, covering both solvent-based and solvent-free technologies.

Recommended Usage

Addition amount: 0.1 ~ 2.0% of the total amount

Users are advised to determine the best addition amount through experiments before use.

Storage Conditions

To prevent premature polymerization due to the high reactivity of this product, keep it tightly sealed and store away from heat sources and direct sunlight. It is recommended to maintain storage temperature below 30 °C. Unused product should be promptly resealed and must not be left open. Under ventilated conditions at 25 °C, the product has a safe storage period of 6 months. Available packaging: 25 per drum.
