Description

Lencolo 1113 is a polymeric copolymer containing acidic pigment-affinity groups. It induces controlled flocculation between individual pigment particles, forming bridges that develop into a three-dimensional network. This controlled flocculation prevents pigment floating, color mottling, sedimentation, and sagging.

Product Features

It is more effective against flooding and floating, improving surface smoothness, leveling and directional arrangement to aluminium silver paste. In high-pigment-content systems, such as epoxy floor coatings, it provides excellent viscosity reduction and significant anti-settling performance. An ideal wetting and dispersing agent for titanium dioxide, aluminum-silver pastes, and pearlescent pigments.

Applications

Industrial coatings, automotive coatings, anti-corrosion coatings and coil coatings, especially suitable for dispersing wetting agent of titanium dioxide and aluminum silver paste.

Recommended Usage

Addition amount:

Titanium dioxide 1-2.5% Aluminum silver paste 0.3-1%

Inorganic pigment 3-6%

Users are advised to determine the optimal dosage through trials prior to use.

Storage Conditions

To prevent premature polymerization due to the high reactivity of this product, keep it tightly sealed and store away from heat sources and direct sunlight. It is recommended to maintain storage temperature below 30 °C. Unused product should be promptly resealed and must not be left open. Under ventilated conditions at 25 °C, the product has a safe storage period of 6 months. Available packaging: 25kg per drum.
