Description

Lencolo 1110 is a polymeric copolymer containing acidic pigment-affinity groups. It controls pigment flocculation by forming bridges between individual pigment particles, creating a three-dimensional structure. This controlled flocculation prevents pigment floating, mottling, settling, and sagging, while providing excellent viscosity reduction across various coating systems.

It is more effective against flooding and floating, enhances surface smoothness and leveling, and promotes the oriented alignment of aluminum and silver pastes. In high-pigment systems such as epoxy primers, it provides excellent viscosity reduction and significant anti-settling performance. It is an ideal wetting and dispersing agent for titanium dioxide, aluminum-silver pastes, and pearlescent powders.

Applications

Industrial coatings, automotive coatings, anti-corrosion coatings and coil coatings, especially suitable for dispersing wetting agent of titanium dioxide and aluminum silver paste, and have outstanding performance in epoxy floor paint system.

Recommended Usage

Addition amount:

Titanium dioxide 2-4% Aluminum silver paste 0.5-2%

Inorganic pigment 5-10%

Users are advised to determine the optimal dosage through trials prior to use.

Storage Conditions

To prevent premature polymerization due to the high reactivity of this product, keep it tightly sealed and store away from heat sources and direct sunlight. It is recommended to maintain storage temperature below 30 °C. Unused product should be promptly resealed and must not be left open. Under ventilated conditions at 25 °C, the product has a safe storage period of 6 months. Available packaging: 25 kg per drum.

Tips: Lencolo 1110 is especially suitable for dispersing inorganic fillers in epoxy flooring and UV systems, providing excellent viscosity reduction. It is the preferred dispersing agent for titanium dioxide.
