Description

Lencolo 1109 is a kind of block copolymer containing pigment affinity group. It has excellent wetting and dispersion effect and is suitable for the dispersion of organic, inorganic pigments system and carbon black system; It is especially suitable for matt powder dispersion system, with outstanding performance of high efficiency dispersion, viscosity reduction and settlement resistance; In the composite color system, it also has good anti-floating and anti-flooding effect.

Performance

Excellent dispersing and wetting performance to matt powder, increase the addition amount of matt powder and improve the extinction efficiency;

It can obviously reduce the viscosity of the system and provide good fluidity;

Good compatibility with various resins;

It is especially suitable for dispersing matting powder based on silicon dioxide in solvent-free UV system.

Matte paint among architectural coatings, industrial coatings, wood coatings, UV coatings, etc

Usage

Addition proportion: 15 ~ 25% to matt powder

Users are advised to determine the best addition proportion through experiments before use.

Storage, shelf time and Packing

To prevent the product from polymerization and gelling, please keep it sealed and away from heat and light. Recommended storage temperature is not higher than 30°C. Unused products must be sealed and stored in a timely manner and cannot be stored in the open. Safe storage time is 6 months at room temperature( 25ºC) and under ventilation. 25KG/barrel

Tips: Lencolo 1109 is especially suitable for UV system with low matt powder content (matt powder content lower than 15%), with good viscosity reduction effect and good dispersion and wettability.
