Description

Lencolo 1109 is a block copolymer containing pigment-affinitive groups, providing excellent wetting and dispersing performance. It is suitable for dispersing organic and inorganic pigments, as well as carbon black. Particularly effective in matting powder systems, it offers high dispersibility, viscosity reduction, and anti-settling performance. In composite color systems, it also helps prevent pigment floating and blooming.

Recommended Usage

Addition amount: 15–25% based on matt powder content.

It is advised to determine the optimal amount through preliminary testing.

Storage Conditions

To prevent premature polymerization due to the high reactivity of this product, keep it tightly sealed and store away from heat sources and direct sunlight. It is recommended to maintain storage temperature below 30 °C. Unused product should be promptly resealed and must not be left open. Under ventilated conditions at 25 °C, the product has a safe storage period of 6 months. Available packaging: 25kg per drum

Tips: Lencolo 1109 is especially suitable for UV systems with high matt powder content (≤15%), providing excellent viscosity reduction and superior wetting and dispersing performance.
