Description

Lencolo 1105 is a solution of unsaturated polycarboxylic acid polymer and organosiloxane copolymer. It provides controlled flocculation of pigments, forming bridges between individual pigment particles and creating a three-dimensional structure. This controlled flocculation prevents pigment floating, mottling, sedimentation, and sagging. It also offers excellent wetting and dispersing performance for matte powders and effectively prevents mottling in rubber oils and UV matte coatings.

Due to the presence of a small amount of organosiloxane copolymer, it more effectively prevents color floating and mottling, helps reduce Benard cells and streaks, and improves surface smoothness, leveling, as well as the orientation of matting powders (matte pigments) and aluminum silver pastes.

Applications

UV matte oil; rubber oil; industrial coatings; wood coatings; anti-corrosion coatings; coil coatings; Architectural coatings, especially suitable as a dispersing wetting agent for titanium dioxide and matting powder.

Recommended Usage

Addition Level:

Titanium dioxide 0.5-2.5% Matting powder 0.3-1%

Inorganic pigment 3-10% Organic pigment 10-20%

Users are advised to determine the optimal dosage through trials prior to use

Storage Conditions

To prevent premature polymerization due to the high reactivity of this product, keep it tightly sealed and store away from heat sources and direct sunlight. It is recommended to maintain storage temperature below 30 °C. Unused product should be promptly resealed and must not be left open. Under ventilated conditions at 25 °C, the product has a safe storage period of 6 months. Available packaging: 25 kg per drum.
