Description

L-61037 is a mono-functional, highly crosslinkable acrylate monomer that improves the low-temperature curing performance, flexibility, scratch resistance, and acid rain resistance of coatings and covering materials. As a long-chain monomer, it enhances polymer flexibility with good reactivity, fast curing speed, low odor, and low skin irritation. It also features excellent weather resistance, a low homopolymer softening point (−65 °C), and outstanding flexibility.

It features highly reactive and flexible hydroxyl groups, enhancing low-temperature curability, softness, scratch resistance, adhesion, and acid rain resistance of coatings.

As a raw material for adhesives, it improves bonding strength, repairability, and durability, while effectively enhancing adhesion.

It is water-soluble and can be used as a water-based UV monomer.

Storage Conditions

To prevent premature polymerization due to the high reactivity of this product, keep it tightly sealed and store away from heat sources and direct sunlight. It is recommended to maintain storage temperature below 30 °C. Unused product should be promptly resealed and must not be left open. Under ventilated conditions at 25 °C, the product has a safe storage period of 6 months. Available packaging: 25 kg / 200 kg per drum
